She has led operational and commercial departments, and is especially pro-active in order to develop business. Her strengths are her ability to tackle challenges head-on to achieve goals. During her career Monica has overseen hotel openings, the commissioning and development of new facilities, at luxury hotel channels as Ritz Carlton and the promotion and marketing of hotels and golf courses in the high-end market sector.
In his professional trajectory her participation in large operations for the opening, start-up business and development of new hotel establishments and golf courses, as well as the development of golf sector in new destinations.
Graduate in Tourism and Marketing International by the University of Deusto, have helped to so many companies of the sector to increase his sells and his visibility in markets which before did not arrive.
His specialize area are the commercialization of tourism companies in the golf tourism segment and the new marketing tools to apply ideas to generate sells.

Nowadays is leading Resort Marketing Spain, company specialize in the commercialization and luxury hotels and the firm Kirby&Co, specialize in the promotion of the hotels and resorts in international markets.
