Lanzarote, one of Spain's Canary Islands, is a golfer's paradise. With year-round sunshine and temperatures averaging 25 degrees, it's the perfect place to escape the winter blues. And with two very nice golf courses to combine, Lanzarote is the most beautiful island in the Canaries.
Lanzarote is a unique island of extreme and unusual beauty. Its amazing nature, dramatic landscapes, long sandy shores, a deeply rooted local culture and gastronomy and above all a genuine respect for nature and its environment make Lanzarote the perfect destination to practice golf and enjoy the island.
Lanzarote has a modest yet excellent golf offering with two courses on the island, Costa Teguise and Lanzarote Golf, and could be considered the hidden gem of the Canary Islands.
Why your clients will love it:
- 365 days — a year-round average of 22ºC and plentiful sunshine, perfect for sports and outdoor leisure.
- Idyllic beaches — stretches of white, golden and black sand with crystal-clear water.
- Art and nature — César Manrique's creations, where art and architecture melt into the volcanic landscape.
- Spa & wellness — sophisticated spas, thalassotherapy and wellness centers for the whole family.
- Tasting Lanzarote — fish and shellfish, goat meat, black canary pork, and fine wines with designation of origin from the volcanic vineyards of La Geria.
- Leisure — Carnival, traditional pilgrimages, famous markets like Teguise, cultural festivals and outdoor activities.
A land of contrast — let your clients be enchanted by a stunning landscape full of colours.
How will my clients arrive? Smooth and simple. Always.

Two courses. 18 spectacular holes each. Unbeatable ocean views.
A profound transformation of the volcanic terrain made it possible to build two courses in exceptional places, perfectly integrated into the landscape, with modern facilities and a tranquillity that is essential for playing golf. Temperatures between 19º and 25º all year round — few places in the world can offer similar conditions.
Golf Costa Teguise
A traditional course situated at the foothills of an old volcano with impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean. Designed by British architect John Harris and built in 1978. A technical course that the most competitive golfers love.
Course details →Lanzarote Golf
An 18-hole course in Puerto del Carmen with breathtaking views to the Atlantic, Fuerteventura and Lobos Island. A modern, links-type course with wide fairways, native plants and a particular undulation that keeps the round entertaining.

Every doubt has a shortcut. Every question has a counter.
That's golf in Lanzarote. Steal these answers.
1. What to do in Lanzarote — beyond golf
Lanzarote's volcanic landscapes, strange, powerful and enigmatic, often give travellers the sensation of being on another planet. Travelling along the island's 850 square kilometres of coastline and lava fields is like discovering a new land.
Not to be missed:
- Timanfaya · Jameos del Agua · Cueva de los Verdes
- The island of La Graciosa · Mirador del Río
- Jardín de Cactus · Los Hervideros · Fundación César Manrique
Most picturesque villages: Teguise · Haría · La Gería · El Golfo and Charco de los Clicos
Beaches: Famara · Papagayo · Playa de los Caletones · Playa del Janubio
2. From Fuerteventura to Lanzarote — the ferry
When travelling to Fuerteventura, your destination will be Puerto del Rosario (airport). From there, travel approximately 30 km (45 minutes) north to Corralejo, from where the ferry departs (30 minutes) for Playa Blanca in the south of Lanzarote.
Ferry times run from approximately 7am to 8pm, with a considerable frequency of 10 to 12 ferries per day offered by each company. From Playa Blanca to Lanzarote Golf (Puerto del Carmen area), it's about 20 km (30 minutes).
The ferry companies are Naviera Armas and Fred Olsen, both of which allow the transport of vehicles. If the client has a rental car, the transfer from one island to the other is easy.
Example: the approximate price of the ferry for 2 people, including a vehicle to and from the island, is €130 with Naviera Armas and €147 with Fred Olsen.
3. Where to eat — restaurants the locals love
Costa Teguise: Restaurante Isla Bonita · Casa Tomás · Taberna El Bocadito · El Habana 6 · Restaurante Moon · Restaurante La Bohemia · Restaurante Las Maretas
Uga: Casa Santiago · Bodeguita
Mozaga: Teleclub
Arrieta: Restaurante Amanecer · Restaurante El Lago
Fish and shellfish from the Atlantic, goat meat, black canary pork — and wines with designation of origin Lanzarote, grown on the volcanic landscape of La Geria.
4. Do you need a DMC or a transfer company?
