\n\t\t\t\tIn 2013, after more than 15 years working as a commercial director for hotels with golf courses, I realized something that was repeated at every trade fair: other hotels and courses were asking me for help to commercialize, but I couldn't help because I worked exclusively for my hotel.\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The turning point<\/strong><\/p>

It was a situation that constantly repeated at golf tourism events. I had been successfully representing the hotel I worked for at that time for years, and I saw how directors from other courses and hotels approached me saying: \u00abM\u00f3nica, we also need what you do for your hotel, but we don’t have the budget to hire someone exclusively.\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>

The problem was evident: many incredible golf courses couldn’t afford to have a person dedicated exclusively to international commercialization<\/strong>. It meant fixed salary, vacations, training, travel expenses to trade fairs, marketing…<\/p>

The opportunity we saw<\/strong><\/p>

That’s when we started to see the real opportunity. We could offer the same commercialization service I did for my hotel, but externally<\/strong>. Convert all those fixed costs into an adjustable invoice<\/strong>.<\/p>

Additionally, we realized something else: many of these courses weren’t reaching all the important events nor had presence in all relevant markets<\/strong>.<\/p>

Our advantage: cross-selling<\/strong><\/p>

But the best part is that we can do cross-selling between our clients<\/strong>. If a German travel agency is interested in Madrid, we can also offer them Casa de Campo. If they like Marbella, we present them other courses in the area. That synergy is impossible when you work for just one client<\/strong>.<\/p>

Global Hemisphere was born from that real market need: courses and hotels that needed professional commercial representation but in a more efficient and profitable way<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
